Description:
Returns the date for Septuagesima in a given year. If no year is specified, defaults to the current year.

Return Values:
Returns a date object.

Example:

<CFOUTPUT>
Septuagesima falls/fell on #DateFormat(GetSeptuagesima(), 'dddd mmmm dd, yyyy')# this year.
</CFOUTPUT>
